Job details

You're core job would be to ensure that customer problems are getting solved through plugHR engagements. While plugHR would be your employer, your loyalty would lie with the customer and you'll represent client's interests while working in collaboration with plugHR tech, marketing & delivery team.

Day on day, your work would entail helping client's HR team to deploy plugHRapp smoothly and showing them how it solves each one of their HR challenges. You'll deal with issues of adoption, change management, vested interests, usability and agile way of working.

Preferred background:

A business or marketing degree would do good. Experience in marketing, customer support or consultative sales would be a plus. We need learning temperament and agility more than experience. You'll need to have comfort with tech products, remote working, field work, startup environment, speed learning. Exposure to entrepreneurial problem solving ecosystem like e-Cell, NEN, TiE would be a good fit.
