Our client is a 200 strong social enterprise operating in rural areas of Uttrakhand with headquarter at New Delhi.

Job details

You would be leading the HR function across six locations, setting up core HR processes and building talent base for the venture. Job involves high level of people interaction and decision making.

Key responsibilities

  • Basic HR functions like induction, compliances, payroll, policies, trainings & reviews.
  • Proactive employee communication, listening, counseling and engagement.
  • Developing employer brand and building talent pipeline for growth of venture.

Desired profile

You should have some 5 years experience in the HR function. A post graduate qualification in Management or Social Sciences would be an advantage.

Compensation

INR 50,000/month plus reimbursements (local conveyance, phone, internet)

Client uses plugHRapp for HR automation, you get to do more strategic work
